Donation & Raffle Terms

Donations are intended to support Skatepark for Firth Inc. and the effort to build a skatepark at Firth Park, Firth, Idaho.

Venmo is strictly for standalone donations. Venmo donations do not purchase raffle tickets, assign raffle entries, or create raffle receipts.

When raffle sales are enabled, each raffle page shows its own price, ticket limits, rules, eligibility requirements, sales dates, refund policy, and drawing details. Do not purchase unless you accept those posted terms.

Online raffle checkout redirects to PayPal for secure approval and returns to this website for confirmation. Ticket numbers are issued only after payment is confirmed. Pending, failed, cancelled, refunded, or reversed payments may be ineligible.

Administrators may end or archive raffles as required by the posted raffle terms. Refunds or reversals made through PayPal are synchronized by the checkout system and do not reissue old ticket numbers.
